Purchase protection
Receive a refund if something you buy gets damaged or stolen. Applies to both online and offline purchases including mobile devices, laptops and tablets.

Bills protection: accidents, sickness or job loss
Receive an indemnity if you have an accident, become too ill to work, lose your job involuntarily or need to stay in hospital. This indemnity can be used to pay your monthly recuring bills.

Bills protection: hospitalisation
Get a daily indemnity if you are hospitalised for minimum 2 days. The daily benefit depends on your account type. The maximum duration of the indemnity is 30 days of hospitalisation.

What is purchase protection?
If you make a large personal purchase with your Monese account, it’ll be protected against any accidental damage or theft. We’ll cover your item up to £1,000 on Essential and up to £4,000 on Classic or Premium over a 12 month period.

Claims are valid for items for 90 days from the date of purchase
